A brief run through all your burning questions about the boutique, answered in one compact article.
WHO?
The founder and mastermind behind BUON ITALIAN FASHION is Iuliia Grinkiv. She has been working for the past 20 years as a Fashion Buyer in Italy for various shops across the globe, as well as build her own reputation as a trendsetter and personal stylist in Luxembourg through the work in her showroom. In April 2024, she took her showroom to a new level by opening up her first boutique: BUON ITALIAN FASHION.
Iuliia is the one that goes to Italy on a regular basis to hand-pick new items, and she’s also the one you’ll find in the boutique on a daily, ready to help you pick the best items to fit you, your life and personal style.
Obviously, she can’t do everything by herself, so she gets a bit of help from her daughter, Valeria Wiwinius, who runs this site (wow, pretty weird to write about yourself in third-person, but hey, we’re trying to keep it highly professional over here), and Lisa Tsumakova, who is responsible for all things social media.
WHAT?
At BUON ITALIAN FASHION, you’ll find everything from timeless everyday staples to trendy hot picks to spice up your wardrobe. We carry a variety of Italian mid-range brands, such as Roberta Biagi, Souvenir Clubbing, Vicolo, Have One, Babylon and tensione in. We’re mostly focussing on clothing items - be it jeans, dresses for daytime and evening wear, tops, blouses and shirts, jackets and, of course, staple suits - but we also have a careful selection of trending shoes in various sizes.
HOW?
Since we’re not trying to create universal staple uniforms, but rather create a unique customer experience, based on each client’s needs and wishes, we only sell each item once in every size, mostly running from XS to L. Meaning: if you spot a cute top that you like, you better reserve it straight away, because once your size is gone, you won’t have the opportunity to get it again.
WHEN?
We’re committed to bringing in new capsule collections every two weeks. The easiest way to find out about new arrivals is via our newsletter, on Instagram or on our Telegram channel, the latter one being updated on a daily basis.
WHERE?
Our boutique is located at 30, Grand-Rue in Diekirch. We’re open 6 days a week. Monday to Friday from 10:00 until 19:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 until 18:30.
We’re currently mainly working in-store, but we do offer occasional home delivery. In case you want to reserve a piece to try on in our boutique or have any further questions, regarding the home delivery service, don’t hesitate to reach out via email or on our social media channels.
